- Procuring recommended 2-year spare parts kit
- Managing shipment in a 40ft container
- Coordinating transportation to project site
Installation & Training:
- Coordinating on-site installation
- Managing machine start-up procedures
- Providing comprehensive operator training by manufacturer's qualified agents in Egypt
- All training included in the base price
Payment & Warranty Administration:
- Managing the structured payment plan (25% down payment, 25% pre-shipment, 50% after acceptance)
- Acting as the liaison for the 12-month manufacturer's warranty
- Coordinating warranty claims and support
Objective
To significantly enhance the workshop's metal cutting capabilities by providing a fast, precise, and automated laser cutting system. This investment will reduce processing times, improve cut quality, and increase overall production capacity for complex parts.
The contractor continues to enhance their resources and expand their workforce with skilled tradespeople. Their safety plan, approved by the CEMED Safety Officer, demonstrates their safety commitment. The contractor's Safety Officer executes the plan diligently, with excellent coordination between Safety Office and RE.
The job-site supervisors' empowerment has increased effectiveness. The contractor implemented an organized tracking system to fully record, follow up, and warranty items. They've also improved reporting systems. As a result, the customer is extremely satisfied with the quality relative to cost.
