Scope Of Work
Procurement:
- Finalizing the commercial offer
- Managing the payment schedule (25% down payment, 25% pre-shipment, 50% after USACE acceptance)
Logistics:
- Coordinating transportation via a 20ft Open Top container
- Managing shipment from Konya, Turkey, to the project site
- Covering all transportation costs
Installation & Commissioning:
- Overseeing on-site installation
- Managing start-up procedures
- Conducting performance testing by qualified Inanlar technicians
Training:
- Facilitating comprehensive operator training
- Providing maintenance training conducted by the Inanlar engineering team
Warranty Management:
- Serving as the point of contact for the 12-month manufacturer's warranty
- Covering manufacturing defects and breakdowns
Objective
To provide a state-of-the-art, reliable press brake that increases workshop productivity, ensures bending precision, and supports a wide range of metal fabrication tasks with enhanced safety features.
The contractor continues to enhance their resources and expand their workforce with skilled tradespeople. Their safety plan, approved by the CEMED Safety Officer, demonstrates their safety commitment. The contractor's Safety Officer executes the plan diligently, with excellent coordination between Safety Office and RE.
The job-site supervisors' empowerment has increased effectiveness. The contractor implemented an organized tracking system to fully record, follow up, and warranty items. They've also improved reporting systems. As a result, the customer is extremely satisfied with the quality relative to cost.
