Scope of Work

1. System Replacement

  • Removed obsolete HVAC components
  • Installed:
    • (2) Air-cooled condensing units (30-ton capacity each)
    • (1) High-efficiency air handling unit
    • New electrical infrastructure for 440V power supply

2. Site Preparation

  • Roof structural reinforcement
  • Weatherproofing and insulation upgrades

3. Performance Validation

  • 72-hour continuous operation test
  • Humidity/temperature calibration to missile storage specs
